Replace existing wooden deck boards to include: Tearing off existing boards that are rotten or damaged and replacing them with Premium #1 Pressure Treated Pine boards to match current boards & layout. Square footage will include stairs, stair stringers and stair treads.
Add $5 per sqft if second level deck or if deck is above 4' high
Replace exisitng wooden railing with 2"x4" top and bottom rails with wooden spindles..Priced in addition to board sqft pricing
Framing and structural repair is quoted and customized upon assessment. There isn't a way to provide accurate pricing information on this service without personally inspecting the deck
Complete deck staining/Painting, and power washing prior to staining. Priced per square foot.
